BlackBerry 7130e at Verizon

Verizon customers, prepare for the BlackBerry 7130e.  This CDMA phone is currently listed for sale on Verizon's site for $299.99 with a 2 year contract and $349.99 with a one year contract. 

Specs:

~ Will be used in the BroadbandAccess network to access the Internet.
~ Bluetooth enabled.
~ 64MB Flash memory, 16MB RAM.
~ Always On, Always Connected - receive email and data automatically.

Verizon is also selling a number of accessories for the device, including charger, standard battery, leather pouch, etc..

Motorola E770v

Motorola has released a new 3G phone, the Motorola E770v.  Featuring a large, color display, Bluetooth (supports voice, printing, and music connections), a VGA camera with 4x zoom, and audio and video streaming.  It supports the following formats: MPEG4, H.263, RV9, MP3, AAC, AAC+, Enhanced AAC+, RA8, MIDI, and WAV.

The E770v has up to 32MB embedded memory, a Micro SD/TransFlash Memory Card slot, and an integrated digital music player.

Expect to see it released sometime before the end of the year.

Sony Ericsson launches three new phones

Sony Ericsson has introduced three new phones that should appeal to those consumers looking for an attractive design with an affordable price.

The J220 - Ease of use is this phone's claim to fame.  Featuring a one-click navigation key, it can store up to the 500 phone numbers and 200,  You can also personalize the phone that will be available in either smooth black or sky blue with "Style-Up covers".  It will be available in Q1 2006.

The J230 - Features a built-in FM radio, speakerphone and stereo hands free, and features the same storage capacity as the J220.  The pone will be available in cherry red and deep blue and consumers will be able to accessorize with the Style-Up covers.  This phone will also be available in Q1 2006.

The Z300 - This clamshell phone comes in granite grey and amethyst purple for those that want a little more style in their phone.  The sharp color display and large keypad are one of this phones most attractive features and can be accessorized with the Style-Up covers along with the Crystal Decor that's included with the phone.  The Z300 will be available this year.

Samsung Blade at Radio Shack on 12/1?

I know there are a ton of people interested in Samsung's Blade, so they might be interested to know that there is an unconfirmed report over at Engadget that it will be sold at Radio Shack on December 1.  The price on the product sheet is listed as $349.99.

T-Mobile launches Motorola V360

T-Mobile has just announced a new phone in their lineup, the Motorola V360.  This phone features a built-in music player that supports MP3 and AAC files along with a VGA camera.  This tri-band phone also features Bluetooth, speakerphone, EDGE support, expandable memory, and AOL, ICQ, and Yahoo! Instant Messaging.

The phone is now available online and in T-Mobile retail stores for $199.99.

Samsung's thin line of phones

Yesterday, Samsung announced five new phones that all have one thing in common: their slimness.  Samsung is hoping to capitalize on the new mobile trend of a "slim and wide" design that was popularized by Motorola's Razr. 

The SGH Z510 and Z540 are the slimmest phones of the bunch with a depth of 14.9mm.  Both are equipped with a 1.3 megapixel camera with 4x digital zoom, 3G compatible, real-time video streaming and messaging.  The Z510 has a 2.2 inch QVGA display and mp3 playback.  The Z540 holds 150MB of content and supports Bluetooth and USB transfers.

The SGH-D800 is also a 14.9mm phone that features a slide-up design and a 1.3 megapixel camera, Bluetooth, and TV-out.  The SGH-D820 has a depth of 15.2mm and is another slide-up phone with a 2.12 QVGA LCD screen, 1.3 megapixel camera, quad-band capability, and a microSD memory slot.

The SGH-P300 is the top-of-the-line model only being 8.9mm thin.  I posted pics of this phone on Monday. This is Samsung's new "credit card" design phone with a 1.3 megapixel (noticing a trend here?), Bluetooth, tri-band capability, 1.8 inch LCD display, and supports MP3/AAC/AAC+/e- AAC +.

This "unique" phone is Samsung's new credit card cameraphone.  Featuring a 1.3 megapixel camera, tri-band, 80MB memory for images, video, music, and 4MB memory for applications, WAP 2.0 browser, and Bluetooth, this phone is only .35 inches thick.

HTC Muse - HTC's music phone

The only negative in the purported specs of the HTC Muse is the 240x240 screen....other than that, it's golden.  MSMobiles.com has the scoop on the HTC Muse, rumored to be HTC's music phone that looks to be hitting the market not for another eight or so months.  Running on Windows Mobile 5.0, this phone features tri-band (GPRS/EDGE/UMTS/ and quite possibly HSDPA), WiFi, Bluetooth, IR, 64MB RAM, 64MB ROM, 4GB NAND Flash Memory, MicroSD expansion slot, FM radio, dual stereo speaker, 2.1 megapixel camera, TV-OUT, and 416MHz processor.

Let's just hope that by the time this device comes out, it won't be too outdated!  Oh yeah, did I mention the second VGA camera on the front of the phone?

HTC UMTS Windows Mobile Smartphone - HTC Breeze

Expect to see a UMTS Windows Mobile Smartphone next year from HTC.  The phone, the HTC Breeze, is rumored to have a 320x240 QVGA screen, Bluetooth, EDGE, quad-band, video camera, 1.3 megapixel camera, 64MB RAM, 128MB ROM, and TI OMAP 850 processor.  Release date should be around May.
