Another bad use of PDAs

Last month, I posted about a horrible, horrible way PDAs were being used.  Well, once again, PDAs have been abused.  A young woman who has been charged with DWI had nude photos of herself on her cell phone.  The arresting officer transferred the photos to his PDA, calling them "evidence".  The woman in question believes that a number of people viewed the photos.

People must remember that PDAs are to be used for good...not evil.
