If you're looking for a multilingual smartphone, you may want to check out the Qool QDA-700. Running on Palm's Garnet 5.4, the mini smartphone has a built-in Chinese operating system, English and Chinese handwriting recognition, tri-band GSM, and a 1.3 megapixel camera.
It was officially launched in March and has sold over 10,000 units worldwide. Users in France, Switzerland, Italy, and Spain will soon be able to purchase the unit in their native languages.
