Etch-A-Sketch on cell phones?

EtchOk..I'm not exacty sure who has been dying to play Etch-A-Sketch on their cell phone, but whoever has, they will get their opportunity....IF they live in the UK.  A company name In-Fusio has adapted the nearly 50-year old game for cell phones.  Cell phone carrier Orange, will offer the game for many of their phones.

I bet you're just dying to know how to play, right?  Well, users will use their key pad in place of those unforgettable white knobs.  In-Fusio did manage to do one thing to improve the game....cell phone users will be able to save up to three of their drawings.  Unfortunately, users will not be able to shake the cell phone to make the drawing disappear, they will just have to press 0 and the phone will vibrate.

Microsoft may license Xbox Software

Bill Gates hinted today that Microsoft may be considering the licensing of the software underlying the Xbox to outside companies in an attempt to increase the Xbox's market share. There is a possibility that they will offer the "basic software" for Xbox similar to the way they allowed other companies to install Windows operating systems on their computers.

"Gates hasn't offered specifics about the kind of software or which companies would be involved. He also hasn't said whether the arrangement will involve manufacturers making products other than game machines, such as digital consumer electronics gadgets that combine PC functions with home appliances." souce: Associated Press
